Since Paint Outfit Studio is a growing brand and actively advertising its products through different social media channels. Therefore, it could bring potential customers to your products that are offering on our platform. You don't need to advertise your paintings and artwork as we will do it for you so that wo won't be worried about the advertisement cost.
As soon you reach us by filling contact form, or by contacting us through email or official WhatsApp number then our team of artists will check your artwork and will decide that whether it is good enough to list your artwork on our platform, as we are quality conscious brand. In any case , whatsoever the decision of our team are, we will communicate you our decision.
If your artwork is qualified to be listed on our platform then we will ask you the pictures of your artwork that is readily available with you to publish them on our site, if any customer place order to for that artwork then we will communicate it with you with customer address for shipment purpose. Remember that shipment cost is reimbursable from us and we will reimburse all the shipment charges that is incurred on shipment. The only thing we want from you is to make sure that all your artwork that is listed on our platform is readily available for sale.
When we got order from customer about your artwork we will notify you and you will ship the artwork to the customer on the given address. Our team will communicate all details of customer to ship the artwork. Once the order is placed and amount is collected from customer then we will charge straight 20% commission based on the sale price of product. For example, if the artwork value is PKR 10,000 then we will charge our commission of PKR 2,000 and remit remaining PKR 8,000 to you.
You will receive the payment for your artworks that are sold using Paint Outfit Studio's platform in the first week of subsequent month. For example, July dues and payments will be cleared in the first week of August. As we are clearing all dues and payments in first week of each month.
Customers can pay for your artworks using online payment system of our site through their debit/credit cards or customers can pay cash upon delivery. In all cases we are making it sure to receive timely payment from our customers so that our other stakeholders won't affect and our business run smoothly financially.
Paint Outfit Studio will bear all delivery and shipment charges that are incurred on delivering artworks to customers. We are advising you that please use only fast and best courier services so that customers receive the artwork safely and timely. For claiming shipment charges , please keep the invoices of the courier service companies safe and send it to us so that at time of payment for your artwork we will reimburse all the shipment and delivery charges.
