Returns & Refund Policy
We believe in transparency, trust, and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our
returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping, and policy modification terms carefully.
30-Day Return Window
Return, refund, or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned in original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase,
unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, return, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Handmade items
- Limited editions
- Custom products
Your refund/return won’t be accepted if you simply change your mind or if you have chosen
the wrong size. The exact sizing chart is available under each product.
If the issue was caused by our mistake — such as an incorrect size or any
other issue from our side — we will accept your return and either
fully refund you or ship another package.
Additional Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Customized paintings on special orders
To complete your return, we require a receipt or
proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
We don’t offer refunds & returns if you provided an incorrect address or did not receive
the package on time and it was sent back.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
info@Paintoutfit.com to review your case.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us to receive more information about the return address.
The return address may vary from one product to another.
Important – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs
for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Modification of Terms and Conditions of Exchanges and Returns Policy
We may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you.
The management decision of Paint Outfit Studio would be the final decision
subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement.
In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue
using the service. However, if you continue to use the service, you shall be deemed to have
agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
